According to a report by Times of India, Shivangi Bagthariya arrived at Shanti Niketan College wearing full bridal jewelry and a red saree to take her 5th semester Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) exam.

The report further adds that Shivangi appeared for the morning exam with her husband and later revealed that both families had no objections to her decision.
Bagthariya, while addressing TOI, said, “Luckily the date, as well as the muhurat of the morning of the wedding, came up against the scrutiny.”
“Education is essential for everyone, including women. Parents and daughters must give importance to education. I asked my parents as well as the family of my future husband to change the muhurat so that I can pass the exam,” she added.
